Inspired by my sailing trips as a Yacht Chef to the beautiful islands of Sicily and Sardinia these traditional Amaretti Almond & Lemon Cookies are hand crafted in my Fisherman’s Cottage kitchen.

They are a delicacy to be savoured. Rich almonds with a touch of fresh lemon. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and coated liberally with icing sugar.

INGREDIENTS: Ground ALMOND (39.3%), Cane Sugar, ALMOND Extract,
Free Range Manx EGG Whites (13.8%), Lemon Zest (3.15%), Lemon Juice (<1%)
Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Cane Icing Suger contains Maize Starch.
For ALLERGENS see ingredients in bold. Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
Suitable for vegetarians.
